By purchasing from or using our Site, you (“the buyer,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Coldaccs is a UK-operated digital services provider offering aged social media accounts for lawful business use. We prioritize transparency, responsible use, and good-faith resolution of customer concerns.

1. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You will use our services for lawful purposes only

2. Services

Coldaccs sells aged social media accounts intended for lawful business use.

Coldaccs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or any other platform. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Buyers acknowledge that:

  • Use of aged accounts involves inherent risk
  • Platform enforcement actions are outside of Coldaccs’ control

3. Payments

  • Payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency
  • All prices and transactions are processed in EUR
  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable payment processing fees

4. Refunds and Replacements

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final
  • No monetary refunds are provided once an account has been delivered

Replacement Policy

Coldaccs provides replacements instead of refunds, subject to the following conditions:

  • Account credentials do not work at the time of delivery
  • The buyer follows all setup and usage instructions provided
  • The issue is reported within a reasonable timeframe
  • Account details have not been modified within the first 3 days

Replacements are not provided for bans, restrictions, or loss of access caused by misuse, automation abuse, IP/proxy issues, or failure to follow instructions.

5. Delivery

  • Accounts are delivered instantly when available or within a reasonable timeframe after purchase
  • Delivery is completed via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp, depending on buyer preference
  • Delivery is considered complete once credentials are provided to the buyer

6. Account Ownership and Buyer Responsibilities

Upon delivery, the buyer receives access to the account. Buyers agree to:

  • Avoid modifying account details for at least 3 days after delivery
  • Follow all provided usage and setup instructions (Up to 3 days max)
  • Use the account responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws

7. Dispute Resolution and Good-Faith Cooperation

Coldaccs is committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and in good faith. If you experience an issue, you agree to contact Coldaccs first so we can attempt to resolve it directly.

8. Prohibited Uses

Accounts may not be used for: Illegal activities, fraud, scams, gambling, sexually explicit content, or promotion of illegal drugs.

9. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer

Coldaccs does not guarantee account lifespan or immunity from platform enforcement. Performance depends heavily on buyer usage patterns.

10. Account Modification and Resale

  • Accounts may not be resold, transferred, or shared
  • Modifying credentials within the first 3 days voids replacement eligibility

11. Limitation of Liability

Coldaccs’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
